Early Exposure

The first time I ever heard this song was at a kind of secular  jewish club I used to go to when I was younger. We would have sleepovers and all stay up watching old 80s comedies and eating pizza. The leaders were always eccentric senior high-school students and had very interesting ways of waking us up in the morning. The first time I remember this song being played was when the leaders put it on full blast through the speakers till all the kids woke up.
I just remember thinking 'what the fuck is going on, what the fuck is this song?'

  2. That sounds so awesome and adorable. I always wanted to do something like that as a kid but my parents just set me up in front of the TV instead. Bah.

  3. Awesome story! We had a vhs copy of The Yellow Submarine and a friend of my younger brother put it in the player and he had the exact same reaction as you! But then by the end of it he had the songs memorized and we were all singing along with it! That movie is so trippy:) I'm following you now and I was wondering if you wanted to follow me as well? xx
